Responsibilities - Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Mix, garnish and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to company specifications
- Suggest drinks to guests based on personalised recommendations and menu knowledge
- Responsible for hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
- Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours.
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
