As a Barback, it will be your mission to support the bar team in a speedy, professional, and effective manner to ensure they have everything they need to serve customers. In addition, as a member of the service team, you help ensure that food, drinks, and service consistently follow Castell's standards.

+ Understands restaurant operations and service

+ Keep the bar stocked, organized, neat and clean

+ Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, restock supplies

+ A positive attitude; you tackle every task with a smile
