Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Handle customer feedback and elevate issues when necessary
- Prepare simple food items or light snacks
- Support promotional activities or new product launches
