Full time front of house and barista

Fins is a vibrant, fast paced, lively beach cafe. After winning the 2023 and 2025 Red Funnel Café of the year award we have seen our business grow, which has created an exciting new job opportunity.
We are looking for an experienced front of house member to join our team. This person is someone who thrives in a fast-paced beach cafe environment who is friendly, calm and passionate about quality customer service
You will need to have good judgement skills, a fantastic memory, and be fast in prioritising what's important at any given moment while fostering a welcoming environment for guests. Attention to detail, consistency, leadership, clear mindedness and efficiency will be highly admirable assets as well. This role is versatile and may include working on our smoothie bowl section as well as serving front of house.
