Job Description

Serve food and beverage to guests in the assigned outlets, providing a courteous, professional, and efficient service to maximize guest satisfaction.

Ensure guests have an exceptional drinking and dining experience. The area of coverage includes Gravity and 2PM.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Service Knowledge – Must know all beverages and food items, including recipes, pricing, presentation, and service procedures.
2. Attendance & Discipline – Be punctual for briefings and shifts, maintain good health, and follow hotel procedures for emergencies or absences.
