**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate batch plant equipment to safely and efficiently produce high‑quality materials.
+ Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain optimal mix accuracy.
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plant systems.
+ Maintain clear and accurate production and maintenance records.
+ Uphold all safety, environmental, and operational standards.
+ Night work is a strong possibility.
