Job Description
Job Description & Requirements DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform body and facial treatment services according to respective Treatment Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide appropriate consultation and recommend correct treatments.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction during and after each treatment.
- Build and maintain a good rapport with customers.
- Obtain feedback from customers after each treatment service and report such feedback to Clinic Manager.
- Promote and make appropriate recommendations of products to customers.
- Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of clinic facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the clinic.
- Prepare necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supplies etc.
- Cover duties for colleagues when there is a manpower shortage.
