Job Description
What You’ll Do - Promote skincare products and provide product recommendations to customers over the counter
- Deliver skincare consultations and product demonstrations to support sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong customer relationships while providing high-quality customer service
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate stock and transaction records
- Support in-store engagement activities and contribute ideas to improve customer experience
Requirements - Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry
- Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
