Job Description
Job Details - Available Locations: Islandwide, depending on outlet vacancy
- Salary Package: Basic Salary ($2000 - $2300) + Commission / Incentive + Grooming Allowance + AWS + VB
- Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (including weekends and public holidays)
- Contract: convert to permanent
What You’ll Do - Promote skincare products and provide product recommendations to customers over the counter
- Deliver skincare consultations and product demonstrations to support sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong customer relationships while providing high-quality customer service
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate stock and transaction records
- Support in-store engagement activities and contribute ideas to improve customer experience
