Job Description - Industry/ Organization Type: Medical Aesthetic/ Skincare
- Position Title: Beauty Training & Service Excellence Manager
- Working Location: Islandwide (City Hall, Dhoby Ghaut, Paya Lebar)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 11am - 9pm, Saturday from 10am - 8pm and Sunday 10am - 7pm (Follow roster)
- Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Sales Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities - Perform a wide range of treatments (facials, slimming, and hair removal) to professional standards.
- Recommend and introduce suitable treatment packages and products to support clients’ results.
- Provide treatment services at different outlets when additional staffing support is needed.
- Build long-term client relationships by delivering consistently high service standards.
