Role Overview

As a Center‑Based Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with young children (typically ages 18 months‑6 years) to support skill development through play‑based, individualized ABA therapy. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child’s success
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment
