Job Description

A Better Way ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

As you build a relationship with children and their families, your work will directly contribute to their growth, development, and improved quality of life.

Salary Range $19-24 per hour

Your responsibilities as a Behavior Technician at ABW will include the following:
