Responsibilities

• Assist teachers, school administrators, and other school personnel in supporting enforcement of the school's Behaviour for Learning policy.
• Promote positive behaviour for learning across the school and assist with effective support and challenge for behaviour by identifying behavioural needs for at-risk students.
• Determine research-based interventions that meet targeted weaknesses.
• Determine validated progress-monitoring tools to measure student growth resulting from the intervention.
• Analyze ongoing data to make decisions about next steps.
• Observe implementation, provide coaching and support to teachers and others implementing interventions, collect data, analyze and communicate results with appropriate stakeholders at the school level.
