About the Role:

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you’ll work with children across Key Stages 1–4 who display behaviours that challenge. These may stem from unmet emotional needs, trauma, or neurodiversity conditions such as ADHD and autism. You’ll work closely with teaching staff and behaviour leads to put supportive strategies in place and help pupils stay on track—both emotionally and academically.
