Engage Education are currently working in partnership with a local SEND school on an exciting new Behavioural Support Assistant position specifically to support learners with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs in the Hastings area.
Starting immediately, the school is looking for an SEMH Support Assistant to join them on a long term basis. If successful during the probationary period, this will lead into a permanent role.
This role is within one of our Alternative Provisions meaning there will be a range of behavioural needs. Having previous experience working with people with challenging behaviours – both children and adults – will be a strong advantage!
