Job Description

• Assisting customers with their bags and luggages
• Courteously greeting customers and providing them with high-quality service
• Escorting guests to their respective hotel rooms
• Occasionally parking and retrieving guest's vehicle
• Assisting customers with their needs
• Explaining hotel rules to customers, showing them how to use hotel facilities, room features such as TV, Radio, and Bathtubs

Job Requirements

• Minimum PMR
• Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Pleasant personality
