Our vibrant & friendly client based just outside Bishop's Stortford is looking for Assembly / Wiring / Bench Operatives to join their open‑plan production warehouse team. These are mainly seated, bench‑based roles (hence not on your feet all day).

Key duties include:

• Carrying out simple manual wiring tasks
• Basic sub‑assembly of vehicle wiring products
• Crimping and related assembly work
• Working from basic drawings and diagrams (full training provided)

The ideal candidates will:

• Have a flexible, proactive, team‑focused attitude
• Demonstrate good communication skills
• Be able to follow diagrammed instructions accurately and complete ongoing quality checks
