Global Total Rewards
This role will primarily support Total Rewards benefit programs in Singapore (LRSEA), with a focus on program design, policy, governance, analysis, vendor management, and employee communications. The role will partner closely with HR Shared Services, which manages day-to-day administration, and may also support Malaysia benefits programs as business needs evolve. From time to time, the role may participate in broader Total Rewards projects, including compensation‑related work. This is a full‑time position based in Malaysia and reporting directly to the Total Rewards Manager.
