**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Beretta Pyramid Gallery Manager manages the Beretta Gun Room at the Bass Pro Pyramid Memphis location. Manages all aspects of Beretta firearms such as safety, security and sales. Assists with clothing and accessories sales, while maintaining agreed upon margins. Continual trains all associates on the Beretta brand and products offered. Coordinates transmission of financial reports to company Account Representatives and Sales Directors. Accounting or bookkeeping skills along with experience using PC applications will be needed to generate various reports.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Provides sales analysis and feedback to the Beretta National Account Representative along with Bass Pro Shops Base Camp (Headquarters) to develop strategies and implement them to achieve sales objectives, while striving to maintain a 25% margin on all firearm products.
