Responsibilitie

  • Monitor procurement portals (Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Stotles) to identify relevant opportunities

  • Keep the bid tracker up to date, ensuring deadlines are clearly flagged and managed

  • Coordinate bid responses by chasing inputs, managing document versions, and keeping everything aligned

  • Format and proofread submissions to a high standard, ensuring they meet client requirements

  • Organise and minute bid kick-offs and review sessions

  • Manage submission logistics, including portal uploads and deadline tracking

  • Requirements:

  • 12 years experience in an administrative, coordination, or writing-related role (bid/proposals experience is a bonus, not essential)

  • Strong written English with a confident eye for proofreading and detail

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
