Job Description

The Bidding Manager is responsible for coordinating our bid processes including; elaboration of tender strategy and programme, development of competitive submissions, managing and coordinating tender team members and in‑house stakeholders and formal communication process with the client.


Key Responsibilities



  • Reporting to Bid Director, coordination and programme management of the end‑to‑end bid process to produce competitive high‑quality bids

  • Development of win strategy, gathering information through research, facilitating workshops and analysis of tender requirements to produce key messages, unique selling points and storyboards.

  • Development of tender programme and bid plan

  • Support the relationship with client, managing formal communication process
