Responsibilities

• Manage our most high-profile and complex bids across the full end-to-end process, supporting all aspects of the Global Pursuit.
• Lead the Bid Process (GPBP), from pre-bid preparation and strategic positioning through to live bid phases and post-tender interviews.
• Ensure technical teams are fully equipped to respond effectively to client objectives and secure work through a best-practice bidding approach.
• Oversee the supervision and development of team members, while promoting and embedding best practice within the Global Pursuits Team.
