Job Description

As an SDR/BDR, you will be the frontline of our business development strategy, identifying and qualifying opportunities within the U.S. market.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to prospective clients.
  • Identify key decision-makers and generate interest in our construction solutions.
  • Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead status in our CRM.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bilingual Proficiency (English/Spanish): Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is mandatory for the U.S. market).
  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years in outbound phone sales, telemarketing, or SDR/BDR roles.
