Job Description
- Collect documentation from the client
- Upload provided docs from client to CRM
- Contact the client and request any missing docs
- Once file is approved, work on conditions with processor and client
- Submit conditions to the processor and supervise that file is complete for underwriting review
- Verify all information concerning the file
- Follow up with Processor/Appraisal desk/LO about file’s condition
Requirements
- Great customer service and supervising skills
- Detail oriented, very organized and experience managing people
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish, minimum level C1
- Computer literate, able to handle different online platforms
