Operating in a high-volume environment where different dentists rotate daily, you must be a sharp, agile multitasker. Patients are dynamically assigned to the first available provider, meaning you must excel at managing a fluid schedule without individual doctor preferences.
Because you will be managing patient relationships and complex insurance verification, 3 to 4 years of hands‑on U.S. dental practice experience, flawless bilingual communication skills, and complete technical fluency in EagleSoft and Weave are absolute, non‑negotiable requirements.
