Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee union and non-union employee hiring processes
• Conduct training to improve staff performance
• Maintain comprehensive HRIS and employment records
• Respond to HR inquiries with high customer service standards
• Assist in managing employee absence and regulations
Requirements:
• CHRP designation and Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience in relevant sectors
