Requirements


+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

+ 5+ years of HR experience, in manufacturing or industrial environments

+ Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

+ Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces

+ Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

+ PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred

+ Ability to work on-site in an industrial environment, including walking the floor and using steel-toed boots

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
