We are currently hiring experienced and dependable **Warehouse Pickers** to support high-volume warehouse fulfillment operations in Gardena.

* **Must have experience working in quota-driven or productivity-based warehouse environments ***

**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Pick items for customer orders and place them into designated totes
+ Maintain a consistent picking rate of at least 120 items per hour
+ Meet daily productivity quotas and accuracy expectations
+ Follow established company picking procedures to ensure order accuracy
+ Verify products are accurate and free of damages before processing
