Our client, a leading international Consulting firm, is currently looking for a Bilingual Workplace Manager to lead workplace, office & facilities for their Madrid office. Responsibilities (not limited to) include: Workplace Operations Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the Madrid office Drive and maintain excellent standards across workplace Manage office budget, monitor operational spend and support forecasting Manage workplace policies, health & safety procedures and compliance requirements in line with local regulations Conduct regular reviews of the office environment and identify improvements and efficiencies Oversee potential future projects such as relocations, refurbishments and workspace enhancements, liaising with architects etc. Oversee coordination of workplace technology and office systems, partnering with relevant teams Review and improve processes, workflows and operational standards across the office Act as key operational contact for Spain, liaisin...
