Roles & Responsibilities Billing Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties - Lead and manage a team of billing specialists to ensure accurate and efficient billing operations
- Oversee billing processes by reviewing and approving billing reports and invoices before client delivery
- Develop and implement billing procedures to enhance process efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance
- Resolve billing and payment issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and operational continuity
