Position: BIM Architect
Location: Gurugram, Chennai
Qualification Required: B.Arch
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects. Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Create architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information. Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs into the overall BIM project model. Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and minimize errors. Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
