Job Description
- Work closely with the project team to produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for Architectural, Structural, and MEP works.
- Maintain and update a complete and accurate set of project drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure compliance with project standards, protocols, and execution plans.
- Manage the development, integration, and maintenance of 3D BIM models.
- Perform clash detection and collaborate with project teams to resolve design and construction conflicts.
- Facilitate coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders using BIM tools.
- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings to address design and construction issues.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of BIM models and associated data.
