BIM Designer
Key Responsibilities:

+ Interpret and analyze KTA (Issued for Construction – IFC) drawings to support electrical scope development and coordination

+ Perform detailed electrical quantity takeoffs aligned with Samsung’s BoQ standards and processes

+ Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and project teams to validate scope, identify gaps, and ensure accuracy in bid submissions

+ Develop and manage BIM models for electrical systems using Revit, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements

+ Utilize Navisworks for clash detection and coordination with other trades

+ Review and annotate drawings and documents using Bluebeam for markups, revisions, and team collaboration

+ Support CAD drafting efforts as needed to supplement design or field requirements
