BIM Manager The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing BIM processes, coordination, digital construction workflows and project delivery excellence across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the overall BIM strategy, implementation and execution for assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, workflows and coordination procedures.
- Coordinate BIM activities among consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal project teams.
- Conduct clash detection, model reviews and coordination meetings to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, authority regulations and company standards.
