BIM Manager (MEP) Job Description
- Lead BIM implementation, standards, and modelling workflows.
- Coordinate with Project Manager for BIM needs and requirements.
- Prepare, execute, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Understand project requirements to ensure delivery.
- Manage design development, documentation, authority submissions, and meetings.
- Monitor and ensure timely drawing submissions.
- Coordinate BIM model exchange with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Certification in BIM Management.
- At least 8 years of experience in BIM Management.
- Strong engineering and design experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations.
- Resourceful and able to work under pressure.
