The BIM Modeller is responsible for supervising and coordinating the site execution of cast-in-place concrete works for the Utility Building and Septic Tank. The role ensures that construction activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedule while maintaining quality, productivity, and proper coordination with the project team.

BIM Modeling & Documentation

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for precast concrete components such as panels, beams, columns, slabs, stairs, and connections.
• Produce shop drawings, assembly drawings, and installation drawings from BIM models.
