Job Overview We are looking for a BIM Modeller (Plumbing) with HDB project experience to support our plumbing works. The role is primarily focused on BIM modelling, with occasional involvement in basic site coordination.
Key Responsibilities BIM Modelling (Main Scope):
- Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing systems.
- Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure all models comply with HDB standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and other trades to resolve clashes.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
