Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Develop and maintain discipline in BIM models in accordance with project standards and BEP requirements.
- Prepare and update 3D models and 2D drawings based on design information and engineering requirements.
- Ensure models comply with required LOD/LOIN and project specifications.
- Produce drawings in accordance with the approved title block, numbering system, and drafting standards.
- Perform basic model coordination and assist in clash detection activities.
- Conduct QA/QC checks to ensure model and drawing quality before submission.
- Upload and manage BIM models and drawings in the Common Data Environment (CDE) (e.g., ProjectWise).
- Support the preparation of BIM submissions and deliverables according to project requirements.
- Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and site conditions.
