Responsibilities:
Contribute to updates and revisions of the BEP as needed.
Coordinate BIM/VDC/IDD matters with stakeholders and interfacing contracts.
Regularly report BIM activity progress to the PBM.
Collaborate with other PBCs within and across contracts.
Manage and oversee BIM modellers in the delivery team.
Identify and resolve discipline-specific BIM issues.
Implement digital solutions and innovations in project delivery.
Follow standard procedures and improve digital delivery processes.
Apply best practices and mitigation plans for BIM/VDC/IDD adoption.
Ensure compliance with information exchange requirements.
Ensure discipline-specific compliance with PIR and LTAEIR.
Manage modelling and information sharing protocols.
Attend ICE Meetings and support their objectives.
Check BIM deliverables to detect issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
Fix geo-coordinate and orientation issues in PIM and AIM models.
