About the job BIM Rebar Detailer (Tekla)

Location: Makati
Work Schedule: Mid‑shift (aligned with EU time zone)

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret structural drawings and specifications to produce accurate rebar detailing models and drawings using Tekla Structures.
• Apply critical thinking to optimize detailing for prefabrication, transportation, and on‑site installation.
• Ensure compliance with cover, bar sizes, spacing, lap lengths, anchorage, and other reinforcement detailing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, project enseers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and constructability challenges.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all deliverables.
• Track and manage drawing revisions, ensuring proper documentation and version control.
