Responsibilities

• 3D Architectural modelling
• 2D drafting and detailing
• Coordination
• Complete design coordination with design teams, including review comments and RFIs
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the modelling proceeds in full coordination with all partners of the project
• Produce as‑built drawings, plans, elevations, sections and architectural shop drawings
• Modify plans to suit the needs of the project
• Create customised Revit families for effective architecture and structural modelling
• Generate sheets for all stages of submissions
• Export files into various formats
• Handle team coordination and document working progress for all consultant BIM coordinators
• Update models and drawings as per design and material changes for each project
