We are seeking

to appoint a Bioinformatics Pipeline and Data Manager to join the Multiomics Technology Platforms (MTP) headed by Dr Paolo Piazza in the Centre for Human Genetics, University of Oxford. You will play a key role in managing, developing and maintaining the computational infrastructure supporting a range of cutting-edge multiomic technologies, including next-generation sequencing, spatial transcriptomics and proteomics. You will be responsible for processing raw data generated across MTP platforms and converting it into formats suitable for downstream analysis and delivery to collaborators. You will develop, maintain and optimise automated bioinformatics pipelines, integrating new tools and technologies where appropriate, and ensure that data management, storage, transfer and archival are performed securely and in accordance with institutional policies.
