**What You Will Do** **:**
We are looking for a Biologist to support NIAID by conducting complex laboratory research and supporting genome analysis initiatives. This position is a full-time position located in Bethesda, MD.

+ Perform a wide range of complex laboratory procedures including:
+ Cell culture
+ Molecular biology techniques
+ DNA/RNA isolation, purification, and sequencing (including Illumina sequencing)
+ Flow cytometry and gene cloning
+ Conduct research activities, including:
+ Planning and executing experiments
+ Data collection, analysis, and interpretation
+ Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments in accordance with GLP and SOP guidelines
