Responsibilities
- Design and implement fermentation infrastructure, including incubation environments, airflow systems, humidity control, and thermal management.
- Develop fermentation processes, including inoculation strategies, substrate conditioning and harvest protocols.
- Monitor and control critical process parameters (moisture, temperature, airflow, O₂/CO₂, pH where relevant) to hit target yields, product specs and consistency.
