Job Description
Position: Gene Biotechnologist (Trouble Shooting and Order Management) Location: Singapore Job Responsibilities - Design order: Develop a reasonable production plan based on customer orders.
- Manage order tracking: Manage customer orders throughout the entire production lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Increase success rate: Able to read literature, design test plans, and solve gene synthesis production abnormalities; Able to communicate with R&D and production team from China, helping to transfer the technology from China to production team in Singapore.
- Trouble shooting: PCR exceptions, linearization exceptions, rolling exceptions, bacterial inspection exceptions, extraction exceptions, sequencing exceptions, QC exceptions, etc.
- Analyze data: Analyze production data, provide improvement plans, and support the CVD department to achieve goals.
