Job Description

The Position

  • You will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations.

  • You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside with management to achieve desired results.

  • This is a physical, hands-on role, where you are expected to also work alongside the team

  • Training of new employees

  • Conduct effective prestart meetings, attend to performance issues, Demonstrate and reinforce safe behaviors, effectively investigate and report all hazards/incidents and injuries

  • Prepare and submit performance reports and field leadership

  • Experience in a similar supervisory role leading a large diverse team

  • Commercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable)
