Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities - Set up, configure, and commission BMS equipment, including controllers, sensors, actuators etc.
- Conduct testing and ensure system functionality aligns with design specifications.
- Customize and optimize BMS programs to meet specific operational needs.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the BMS, including software, hardware, and integration problems.
- Provide technical support for ongoing maintenance.
- Continuously monitor the performance of HVAC, lighting, and other building systems.
- Prepare detailed system documentation, including design layouts, wiring diagrams, and configuration files.
- Maintain logs of maintenance activities, system performance reports, and project timelines.
- Manage BMS projects from concept through to completion, ensuring within time and budget.
