Kids First is seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Alaska team. This is a hybrid position, providing the flexibility of telehealth services combined with required in-person supervision and client support.

The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and providers. Monthly travel within Alaska is required for in-person supervision, assessments, and client support as needed.

Schedule: Full-Time
