Job goal(s): The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) reports to the Assistant Superintendent for Student Services and collaborates with intervention teams, assistant principals, and staff to develop and implement coordinated positive behavior intervention programs. The role supports students in accessing instruction and achieving academic progress in the least restrictive environment through evidence-based practices.
