Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for direct hire at their Salisbury, MD location.

Responsibilities:
- Completes client assessments, develops treatments plans and monitors client progress.
- Provides support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers.
- Provides direct supervision and training to the Behavior Technicians.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field (psychology, education, special education).
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification is required upon date of hire.
- Experience working with ABA is preferred.
